Put eyedrops in your eyes - even saline solution will work. Then, shut your eyes, use your fingers and rub gently on your eyelids - they should work their ways back around. Then you should be able to remove them as usual. The main thing is to STAY CALM.

well if you can tell they are still over your pupil keep them wet with re wetting drops dont keep on messing with them you dont want to scratch your eye it hurts like he!l a long time ago mine got in this same problem it was like they thinned out I irritated my eyes so bad the blood vessels were so bad they seemed purple and what was usually white was red i finally got them out but was told how dangerous that was that i should have went to the er they supposedly have some section cup thing dont know but the other thing just the other day i thought id lost one but kept feeling itchy thought (allergy's) were tio blame but come tho find out some how it was folded and was all the way up under my lid it took 30-40 min but i got it out it was messed up anyway don keep on messing with you eyes till they hurt so bad you cant stand it call someone who will know like an eye doctor even if its cross country (the time zones might work in you favor for them to still be open)any way good luck

ok,don't worry,put some saline and move you eyes left and right a few times then put some more saline before removing it.
If you still can't remove it,put some saline into the smallest bowl you can find and submerge your eye into the bowl,open your eyes wide enough so that the lenses can drop in the bowl.oK?

Have you tried wetting your eyes and fingers with a good amount of saline solution, and then trying?

lots and lots of saline. dont rip or pull that could damage your eye. Just keep wetting them and moving them around gently with your finger on top of your eyelid.
