I have been on the web searching but can't find anything helpful. I want to know what the recommended daily intake of all the vitamins and minerals is, and how much is too much ( for a woman, age 31 ). Help!!

Every vitamin supplement has a nutritional guide on the back. It tells you how much is recommended by the FDA and how the supplement compares.

Most multi-vitamin / mineral supplements have 100% of the recommended daily allowance of the vitamin and mineral spectrum (look at the % daily value on the label). Although these vitamins and minerals are present, your body may not metabolize very much of the needed nutrients. This is because many are synthetic or ground up minerals from rocks and dirt. Look for a plant based vitamin / mineral supplement so your body can properly utilize the vitamins and minerals. The only vitamin / mineral supplement on the market made from a 100% plant source is called PhytoMatrix made by Mannatech. Go to www.getyouwell.net to look at this product. They have a 100% money back guarantee if you make a retail purchase.

You didn't do a very good job of searching the internet. I found this with one search.
