That wouldn't be good for you or your child. If you want to lose weight, keep it at a reasonable amount, you're already burning a lot more calories by breastfeeding than a normal woman. I would suggest talking to your doctor for an adequate caloric intake amount. You don't want to jeopardize your child's health to look pretty.

That is way to low. Your baby may be fine, for a while but stress you put on your body may make you lose your milk. Find a show on fit tv and work out a little bit. The natural action of nursing will help tighten you up.
As a mom you need your energy incase you have to act fast. At 900 calories you will not have it.

You shouldn't go below 1200 calories. If you really wish to do a 900 calorie daily limit you must eat a range of health foods and a lot of it. A multivitamin cant hurt either!

That is far too low even if you are not breastfeeding.

Don't worry about your baby getting enough vitamins. S/he will just deplete your vitamin stores leaving you in poor shape.

What you do need to worry about is your milk supply. 800-900 calories is not enough to sustain a supply.

Far to few cals, you need at least 1500 cals or your milk will lose its goodness. You need to eat good healthy food and do some light exercise. Give your body a chance to get back to normal, it takes a little while. Breast feeding is very good for you stomach muscles, and of cause your baby.

That is a pretty strict diet. I wouldn't recommend it for nursing moms. Even if you take your vitamins, there is a strong possibility that your body will not produce enough to keep your baby healthy. Your body is going to take care of you first. There will be plenty of time to diet after your baby is done nursing.
