i have similar problems because im just attracted to shy guys. maybe he isnt sure you want to move that fast, or waiting for the right moment. Two dates isnt that many to go without a kiss. Four might be stretching it, but if he wants to go out again youll know hes interested and then maybe you can give him a little hint. reassure him that youre into him as more than a friend, and take things from there. dont over think things, just go with the flow.

It's not a bad thing, first of all, note that he has respect for you and that he has class. Do you really want a guy that is ready to jump you after the second date? Just wait and see, and make sure your body language is telling him you like him for more than a friend. Watch the movie Hitch, it's funny and fictional, but it's got a ton of good points. See the movie with him! Good luck!

If he thinks enough about you to ask you out, he must feel something for you. Maybe he--dare I say it: RESPECTS YOU as a person??? That's NOT meant to sound sarcastic, but it probably does.
Give the guy a break. Didn't the "sexual revolution" start back in the 60's? (What WAS the final score in that battle, anyway)? What's stopping YOU from making the move and kissing him IF you feel "that way" about him?
Never be afraid to express your feelings. Tell him the truth. Give him the green light--whatever you want to call it. There is absolutly nothing wrong for a man--OR a woman to be honest in expressing what they want.

He could be waiting for the right moment, have you showed him signs of wanting to kiss, y dont you just make the move, maybe hes waiting for you to make the move? We all cant just wait to be kissed as this might not happen, as hes waiting to be kiss or vise a versa. He might just want to be friends but you will never know unless you really like this guy and go for it...

Pick movies he'll get bored of. If it's too interesting (or you look raptly attentive to it), he might not want to interrupt..
Happened to me during Children of Men.
Or he may not be terribly confident about it. Some guys just aren't particularly assured of themselves.

Actually maybe he's just shy. Maybe he doesn't want things to happen just like that. Maybe you should make the first move and see what happens. Or just talk to him.

maybe he just wants to get to know you better. i don't know much about movie dates because mine are horrible. but try another kind of date. you don't really have time to talk much during a movie.
