i don't know how to go about it apart from asking her out what other ways seems interesting to know if she likes me

just start a brief conversation a few times, she will let you know whether she wants you to ask her out.

You know how when you get a new car, and you never really saw many of them on the road before, but now that you have one, you see a lot? Well, in this case, it could be that you might actually be looking for her (since you have bumped into her before in the past) and you might not really be bumping into her more than before, but it seems like more now because you actually SEE her, because you know her. Anyway, if any of that made sense... if you think you might want to get to know her better, ask her to get together. Lunch is pretty casual, that is always a good thing to go for. If it goes down hill and you want to jet, tell her you need to get back to work because your lunch time is up. Good luck!

why dont you just ask her out and then if she says yes you know she likes you and if she doesnt then she will say no. I think you should ask her to a movie or after school, to the mall whatever it is when you go on a date. She is giving you the chance but you keep passing it up.

keep it simple or if you want to spice it up
will you go out wiht me to _______
dont complicate it, or it will become complicated, its only as hard as you make it.
