A Brazilian leaves a thin 'landing strip' of hair - I guess what you'd want is a back, sack and crack which gets rid of everything (the equivalent of a Hollywood for a woman).
From a looks point of view it wouldn't bother me either way, but so you are prepared waxing does hurt A LOT especially if you haven't had it before (especially, I would imagine, in that area). You will get ingrown hairs - these itch, and to top it off, you'll have to go through that torture every month or so, depending on how quick the grow back! Ouch!

brazilian is when you leave a landing strip..yes? guys need to be tamed noone likes to search through a bush...trimming isnt always enough.so do what feels compfortable..but remember to keep it up because like girls it grows back on guys just as stubbly itchy and uncomfortable and beware of ingrown hairs!!

Why not? Some guys actually get the anal tissue pierced! OUCH! and some get tattoos, so why not waxed? it's sensual and soft to touch and could be very pleasurable, go for it!
