I know this isnt common anymore but maybe since you both know you like eachother, you should try asking him out...If you really like him then you shouldnt giv up! Just go for it!

man hate when that happens you know.... hes flirting with you right?? and he knows you like him and.....you like him.... all you need is a right approach..... you guys like eachother but one of you is shy.... if he doesnt wanna ask you out but likes you you try giving him the question..... that way he can feel safe that you do like him and he won't be as nervousaround you.

its hard to say some guys flirt cuz they know you like them and need something to do but some flirt because they like you back so you should decide
