It doesn't say that at all.

The only verse remotely along those lines is about Judah's son Onan who performed coitus interruptus because he didn't want offspring in his dead brother's name.

Genesis 38:8-10

There's certainly nothing that closely resembles what you've said.

But, from the phrase "spilling seed on the ground" I would agree it refers to Onan. In ancient times, if a man died, his brother was to take his wife as his own, and have children with her - basically giving his dead brother heirs so that his family would continue on. At that time society was based on a clan structure and heirs and inheritance were a big deal. Eventually this rule was put down in the Mosaic Law, if I remember right.

Anyway, Onan's brother died, and Onan took his wife, and lay with her, but because he didn't want to give her children that would basically be considered his brother's and not his own, he avoided impregnating her by "spilling his seed on the ground." God found this to be a selfish act and judged Onan by striking him dead.

FYI - don't take this as something the Bible advocates for us today. We are no longer under Old Testament Law.

The Bible does not use those words.
The sin of Onan is mentioned in the Bible. Onan masturbated on the ground. He had been asked by his father to impregnate Er, the wife of his late brother, in order to assure his brother with a descendant. But Onan disobeyed his father and would masturbate before going to his late brother's wife, in order not to be able to impregnate her. (Genesis XXXVIII, 1-10)
So although some have interpreted the sin of Onan as simply being masturbation, context tells us it's more reasonable that what Onan did wrong was disobey his father and lie to his own family about it.

You are making reference to the Onan incident. Onan was being defiant against the command from God to marry his dead brother's wife and decided to avoid allowing his "seed" [sperm] to impregnate his dead brother's wife ... and chose to spill it "seed" on the ground. Consequently, Onan was put to death for his defiance. Some religions take this to mean that masturbation is wrong ... but when the context is read, it becomes quite clear where God was going with this issue.

I think you're thinking about the story of Onan, there's nothing about a prostitute but he is punished for spilling his seed upon the ground.

Nothing written like this is in the Bible to my knowledge.

The Bible always speaks of faithfulness and being such in
marriage.

"Drink water out of your own cistern, and tricklings out of the midst of your own well. 16 Should your springs be scattered out of doors, [your] streams of water in the public squares themselves? 17 Let them prove to be for you alone, and not for strangers with you. 18 Let your water source prove to be blessed, and rejoice with the wife of your youth, 19 a lovable hind and a charming mountain goat. Let her own breasts intoxicate you at all times. With her love may you be in an ecstasy constantly. 20 So why should you, my son, be in an ecstasy with a strange woman or embrace the bosom of a foreign woman?" -Proverbs 5:15-20
