Think about it this way, when something is wrong with in the body the body uses a lot of it's resources to fight. That can decrease blood supply to other places, including the skin, resulting in a white pallor. That's one reason anyway.

Maybe the blood is busy helping the heart and other organs and therefore is not in the face.

When the body is hot the blood rushes to the face to get cooled off and therefore people that are hot have a red face.

the sun does not touch them .they stay indoors too much.
