i have never been to baby a's and haven't received the greatest feedback about it when i ask friends. but i LOVE CHUYS. i got 2 gift cards for there for christmas! i think chuy's prices are great. most of the stuff on the menu is about $8. also, during the happy hour (4-7) they have free queso, beef, and beans at the nacho bar. two things i would definitely recommend trying are 1) the chicken quesadillas and 2) the steak burrito but substitute queso instead of the regular sauce. delicious.
oh, and i'm guessing from your name that you've read the uglies trilogy. how much did you love those books?!

Chuy's and Baby A's are both great establishments, but if I were to choose between the two, i would choose Chuy's. The atmosphere at both places are nice and the prices are fair, and about the same. It's your call, but i would go with Chuy's.

Baby A's by a looooooooooong shot! Much better margaritas...a hell of a selection too. Food is as good as Chuy's but Baby A's is more competetively priced and you can't beat that one of a kind atmosphere.

chuys, especially the veggie enchiladas with deluxe tomatillo sauce. be sure to ask for jalapeno ranch with your chips, sooooo tasty! and the margaritas? amazing. they don't have the variety (or toxicity) of baby a's, but there's nothing like a chuy's strawberry marg- plus they have great photo booths. :)

Chuy's is more tex mex....and the last time that my husband and i went there we had BAD stomach problems...Baby A's i have never been there but looks VERY appitizing and is right down the road from the hotel that i'm at and i keep saying that i'm going to go but havent yet...let me know how it is if you go there

Baby A's.I myself don't like Chuy's.Been there.Won't go back.You should try the margaritas.Blue or purple.The limit on those though is 2.Very strong.
