With this question I'm mostly looking for mythological facts, not for opinions such as "there are no names for the levels" or any other silly answer like that. Because I already know that the levels have been given names in some mythology and religions.

I'm doing a research on this subject and want to know all the names anyone has ever heard or read in anything. A brief description of them would be nice as well. I already know the names that appear in the role-playing books of Dungeons & Dragons.

If you have web pages to justify your answer, please write them as well. I will really appreciate any input on this subject. Thank you!

Go to Vedabase.com Go to the Srimad Bhagavatam if you want more info. The hellish planets are eighty thousand miles below the earth planet. One planet is called Sutala and another is called Talatala Ruled by a demon called Maya who invoke powers of sorcery. Below that is Mahatala which is teh abode of many-hooded snakes, descendants of Kadru who are always very angry. Beneath that is Rasatala which is the abode of Kaleyas and Hiranya-puravasis they reside in holes like snakes, below that is Rasatala also known as Patala or Nagaloka where their are many demoniac serpents and masters of Dhananjaya they have five hoods and are very angry. These are the main planitary systems in hell acording to the Vedas.
