Tough situation, girl seems to have fallen in love with me this summer while we were working together, I ignored her advances because I was her boss, but I was never mean to her. I have known her for three summers. I didnt realize I had feelings until I left her for the summer without contacting her. Now I can't get her out of my mind, I'm hoping that she can forgive me. She is probably the most amazing person ever.

No, love doesn't end, it begins but no matter what you will always hold a special place in a persons heart. She'll forgive you and I'm sure if she really liked you before she will still think of you. in my opinion, i think that when 2 people are ment to be and loves each other dearly, loves never end. this is how i see it. because you were her boss, you dont want to get involved with the boss-employee thing. if you have feelings for her, try and find out if she has feelings in return for you now. if she has a boyfriend, try to romance her and see how she reacts to that. now, if she has no feelings in return, then the two of you werent ment to be
