Ok so iI been trying to eat healthier.....but im unsure what to drink for breakfast....I like to have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning before I go to college (around 7am I eat) then I have class at 8am.

I usually just have the oatmeal and a bottle of water,then for I have an apple as a snack inbetween classes around 9:30am, then a fruit salad for lunch around 12:30pm, but I kinda want something to give me more of a kick in the morning...is coffee alright?? or should I try and drink a glass of orange juice....


any ideas??



i tried the whole green tea thing...didnt work for me...

Do you have a blender? Make a fresh fruit drink.

Add orange juice and a banana, couple of strawberries, grapes, a cut up apple etc. and blend it up.

It is so good and you will have energy, and not be hungry.

i don't often drink something with my breakfast. once I awaken I actually have a drink of water mutually as waiting for the kettle to boil, then I actually have a cup of tea. as quickly as i'm appropriate wakeful I even have breakfast. once I've eaten my breakfast i will make yet another pot ot tea.

orange juice and apple juice are good because they taste good and are least somewhat healthy

buy some of that flavored water stuff, it's actually not that bad

That's all I can think about....right now at least

u should not drink as much coffee becuz its really not good for u u should really try a cup of canberry juice or orange juice

you are missing your fruit/veg at breakfast . orange juice is good, but i love V8 vegetable cocktail or fruit juices

I drink milk 4 breakfast it is healthy and it makes your bones strong
