Ok so iI been trying to eat healthier.....but im unsure what to drink for breakfast....I like to have a bowl of oatmeal in the morning before I go to college (around 7am I eat) then I have class at 8am.
I usually just have the oatmeal and a bottle of water,then for I have an apple as a snack inbetween classes around 9:30am, then a fruit salad for lunch around 12:30pm, but I kinda want something to give me more of a kick in the morning...is coffee alright?? or should I try and drink a glass of orange juice....
any ideas??
i tried the whole green tea thing...didnt work for me...
