Out of all the reasons for war and hate, the greatest reason is always mostly religion. Personal spirituality is a beautiful thing. But doesn't it become tainted when its mixed in with politics and economics? And who has the bloodiest hands than the vatican? Why are they never held accountable for their actions?

I don't support the vatican. I believe that there is a high possibility that the anti christ could come from the hierarchy there. It is filled with false teaching that contradicts the bible and leads many astray.

sorry, I usually try to soften that message a little, but the catholic leadership really bothers me with their official stances. I'm not saying all catholics are wrong, but the official stance of the catholic church as a work based religion is frustrating as it is so very clear in the bible that it is by grace alone that we are saved so that no man may boast.

I am tired of the mud thrown again at the Vatican. What lies?
The pope lives in a museum in a simple room. What surrounds him belongs to the whole Church. The Vatican is a tiny Country in the City of Rome. The Pope, as the head of the Catholic Church, is the head of this country. This is the same country which has stood for peace and who saved many people from starvation and extinction. Mistakes have been made in the past.
I dare you to find them in the present.

I don't think the Vatican really cares if you support them or not unless you're a Catholic or live in the Vatican.

If you're not familiar with what's going on in the world right now read the front page of any newspaper and you'll see what other "religions" also have what you call "bloody hands".

Regardless the histories of the Catholic Church and the Vatican, there are many aboard here that are not Catholics and would not support anything the Vatican says or does.

I happen to be one of them that do not concern myself with what the Vatican does.

I don't know. I speak for none but myself, and I neither postively nor negatively support the Vatican.

Well, I agree with some of your points. I am not catholic and I don't think That the pope is all righteous. He sins just like us all and I don't want him praying for me. I would rather pray to Jesus myself. Don't need no middle man but Jesus. I think it is weird how people idolize the pope. He is just a man like everyone else. He isn't Jesus. He is the only man who has never sinned.

Personally, I've never understood why people support it. Good Luck! :)

Ignorance Breeds Hatred. You're a prime example. Educate yourself and maybe you wont be so hateful.
