Hot tea with a little milk and big squeeze of honey, Chicken noodle soup, A good one is Orange juice because it is high in Vitamin C. And take some Zinc.

Chicken Noodle soup will ease it. Also, suck on popcycles, eat soups, pudding. Stuff that you don't need to chew alot.

ok do this... boil a ginger on water and drink it....
or if you dont want to do that... (but its a fast way)
just drink water.... NOT COLD... a lot of water... and dont eat too much sweet foods....
