Well you refer to him as your "lover" so I suggest you find a place and have sex. That is the main reason you are apparently together. Then think about what you will tell your future husband about your immoral past.

I would get him a nice sweet card or make one your self. I wouldn't go all out since this is your first year together that should be on his part. But I would say spending the evening together and ordering in and watching movies.
