Would the people of Mexico also stereotype European Americans if it were American Hillbillies/necks crossing the border to their country

I seriously doubt that the people of Mexico would criticize any Americans moving south of the border. For one it would adversely what little income they get and they would probably try to work out some sort of 1 for 1 exchange. Eventually Mexico would transform into an all white nation and the US would be all brown. Then the whole cycle would start back up again just reversed.

Mexican illegals are also uneducated with no manners. Yup, their almost the same, except that the hill-billy is American born, so there's no excuse there.

No. American hillbillies pay their income taxes and don't sponge off the government. Illegal immigrants DON'T pay income taxes and they DO sponge off the government. Additionally, American hillbillies are not known for their gang involvement or criminal activities.
