Does being a divorced male make me more or less attractive, or neither? Ladies, I could use your opinions on this one.

I think the word you're looking for is less "appealing". Depends on why you divorced. If you're a wife beater, yes, you would be less appealing. People these days marry for convenience. Because an individual is divorced, doesn't reflect who you are or what you are, it just says that you were in a relationship that didn't work out, and you both decided to part ways. It's become a very common occurance in our Society today.

Divorced has nothing to do with being attractive. You can be bald and a little over weight and that wouldn't matter either. This is what I would be looking for; A man with a great personality and a sense of humor. He needs to be confident in himself and treat me like a lady. It's a plus if he picks up on little things like; the kind of wine I like or my favorite color, my favorite flower, restaurant, music, what I put in my coffee. I could care less that he is divorced. Another big plus is being well groomed. Not a total slob. I would never date a man that spends the entire weekend watching football, basketball, hockey, golf, baseball, soccer. Those men are a real drag.

Of course not you may have a low self esteem at the Moment but it will pass anyway almost every man you meet today is divorced don't let it bother you you are just as attractive as you was before you signed those papers.

Niether. I'm divorced too, so I may be more udnerstanding. One thing that really turns me off is the ones that are married and go around announcing to to everyone and tyring to get laid on the side with no shame to it ! lol

Depends on why you are divorced. But generally, more attractive. At least to me.

a woman once told me that she felt fortunate to have married a man who had been divorced. according to her, many men are better husbands the second time around. she said they learn from mistakes they may have made in their first marraige, and if their first wife wasn't a good wife, they really appreciate the second wife's love and attention. (HER observation!)

Well, I'm divorce and I don't think it makes me any less. Love is love, and if she loves you, she wouldn't care about your past. You are okay in my book.
