I work out 1 1/2 hours per day. Treadmill, and swimming. That is the only temporary relief I get.

My wife had SI joint surgery several years ago and still has problems. If it continues and gets worse see a Dr. There are injections they can try which will give you some relief and for some people will take care of the pain. Physical therapy and therapeutic massage can help as well in some cases. Get help before it gets too bad. My wife waited too long so had to have the surgery as a last resort and now has nerve damage, a 3 1/2" screw in her si joint and suffers from chronic pain. She doesn't suggest going the surgical route unless you try everything else first. Good luck to you.

Have you tried a chiropractor? I had a very bad lower back and it helped me tramendously.
