I was laying down on my couch. I got up to go to the restroom, and while I was going, I felt a little woozy and hot, then realized I needed to sit back down. When I got done peeing, (at least) I must've passed out. The next thing I remember is waking up on the floor. I didn't eat all day, and I'm not a skinny guy. I still feel woozy when I stand and walk, and a little dizzy sometimes. Is this normal? And what can I do to get over feeling dizzy and woozy?

you could be coming down with a flu viris,

or could be your body is starving and needs to eat...

or could be something more..try to eat something..

you should know by now if you have the flu..that would cause it..

if not..go to the Dr for some tests..

Well, you could be hypoglycemic. I am this way. Normally something like that would not affect me, but sometimes if I go too long without eating I will faint or at least get real close to it. I am not a small person either. That has nothing to do with it. Regardless, you need to get yourself checked out.

I would see a doctor it could be a virus or the flu you also mentioned not eating anything which could be a sign of malnourishment try drinking some water and if the syptoms still occur call an ambulance

No, it isn't normal to stay woozy that long. You really should see a doctor. Don't drive yourself. Call someone to come and drive you. You stated "you're not skinny"...are you diabetic by chance?

Its because of a sudden change in blood pressure.Your blood sugar is probably low., Have some juice! You probably have diabetes so get checked by the doctor.

YOU DIDN'T EAT ALL DAY.
Does this not ring an alarm for caution?

Your blood pressure probably dropped.
When I go hours without eating, I start shaking and forgetting stuff.
if you have any chicken liver, blueberries, cabbage or orange juice, eat/drink some of that now for vitamins K, C & iron.

Sounds to me like your blood sugar levels dropped, if you hadn't eaten all day. This is not normal and you should see your doctor to be checked for diabetes. It wouldn't hurt to get your blood pressure checked too.

You need your blood pressure checked but it could be a number of things. There are too many diagnosis that could be made with fainting as the sole symptom........see your doctor asap.

Go to the Dr, it could be a blood pressure problem or a diabetes problem. (too much or too little insulin) or a concussion.
I'd get a friend or family member (or taxi ) to take me and I'd go now...

I would suggest plenty of water, it sounds as if your dehydrated. But, if you didn't eat all day then I would recommend eating some food! Fresh air and plenty of deep breaths could help too.
