Has to do with the chemical make-up. Coconut milk is a mixed bag as it does contain saturated fat, which is HDLs and can clog your arteries, but it also contains LDLs which can lower cholesteral..this is per the Harvard School of Public Health.
Because of its chemical properties, it can be used in an extreme pinch pinch as a blood replacement/transfusion, if you are traveling in extreme 3rd world countries that do not have a blood bank available.

Nope, coconut is purely for sure very fattening. have you ever seen those enormous coconut crabs? interior them is a pouch the place they shop relatively a lot of fat and needed oils from the coconut, regardless of if their eating recurring has some different issues mixed into it it is their important source of fat. In Indian nutrition whilst they upload coconut milk/cream they typically upload something else to decrease the fat content fabric or the style of it.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

Approximately 50% of the fatty acids in coconut fat are lauric acid. Lauric acid is a medium chain fatty acid, found naturally in mother's milk. Lauric acid has the beneficial function of being formed into monolaurin in the body. Monolaurin is the antiviral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal monoglyceride used by the body to destroy lipid-coated viruses such as HIV, herpes, and influenza.

By consuming oils we effect our bloods cholesterol. All vegetable oils are pure fat, and all are combinations of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Fatty acids vary in their degree of saturation and in the length of their molecules. Saturated fats carry all the hydrogen atoms they can hold. Such fats come chiefly from animal sources, such as meat and whole milk. Three vegetable oils- coconut, palm and palm kernal - are also highly saturated. Saturated fats are usually solid at room temperature.
