4) i have horses i have used some kinds, depends on your hair type, some are to oily for human hair and some are harsh. mane and tail makes a shampoo and conditioner for horses i have used it the shampoo was too harsh conditioner to oily. they do make one type just for humans and it was ok. boitin is good for you the combination of the to should not hurt you.
