There are two ways you can approach this.
Direct translation: Ti amo bello/a (o is masculine, a is femine) This is I love you. Then there is another phrase we use that is just as effective and that is Ti voglio bene bello/a and that mean I want you a lot, but it again means I love you. English we say things one way, but in Italian you can spin things and that is what makes it so romantic

You can use "(Io) Ti amo, bello" or "(Io) Ti voglio bene, bello" or replace "bello" in either one with "tesoro", which means treasure and has a "my dear/darling" kind of conotation. The "Io" is not necessary, but isn't wrong either. It's not "-the- voglio bene". I don't know where people are getting that from.

I stop in amazement. in front of her.she of course Is beautiful. . you raise your hands a little,move them twice up and down.about six inches.and stop.announce with a gasp like sound first .lo the voglio bene BELLA.!!with some enthusiasm.then you watch for her responce. then go from there.Good Luck with him.
