i notice there eyes... hair..then lips.. shape of the face.. then move down to ther breast then on down to hips and legs.. as they move by i look at the butt...

A few things:
1. Modest clothing. A girl that shows off too much of her body is a turn off to any quality guy.
2. Clean hair?
3. Clean skin--meaning NO tattoos! Tattoos are the brand of the trashy. Quality guys are always turned off by tattoos. Cheap guys who are angry at the world LOVE tattoos.
4. Smoking? If yes, then move on to a higher caliber girl. Smokers are weak and are followers. You don't want that in your life.
5. Clean clothes? This reflects a positive self image and a level a maturity.
6. Terribly overweight? If yes, then they are weak and lack self-control, and they have a negative self image and will need constant reinforcement--that will get old fast.

Not to be shallow but...from a distance the first thing I notice is the chest and legs, really just the whole figure of a girl and how she presents herself. Up close though it's definitely the eyes.

A guy told me that it's first the hair [wait...why'd he tell me that in the first place?]. He likes it long and shiny, not neccessarily straight but if it flatters shoulders and frames your face it's great.
Then a pretty face. With great clothes. He told me to wear abercrombie. o__o
Then he moves down to the rest. -_-;;
but he likes personality, and someone not typical who doesn't talk trash.

A lot of it depends on the guy. If he likes eyes, smiles, or body parts. If you have any male friends ask them. You might be surprised at the real answers that they give you.

Guys are horny bastards, the first thing they notice would be the face then the boobs. The rest is in the bed sheet.

Hard to answer this to honestly, for most guys when they are young think between theiir legs, not their heart.
I think guys first and utmost look for personality in a girl, then looks. but it depends mostly on their age!

What she looks like. What else could you first notice without talking online or being blind. If you are blind, most likely her voice. If talking online, how she types.

personally, i look at the face, then personality and body at once
more mature guys look for a girl with a pretty face
