Oh, fer chrissake... why, oh why do you people persist in your ridiculous and, sometimes perverted, endeavors to be noticed??
What is your point, exactly? Do you truly want to sell a testicle and, if so, for what purpose? For cash? To enable a eunich? To gain recognition in the "I donated my left ball" Hall Of fame? What do seriously propose would be the gain (besides your loss) to losing one of your testicles? It benefits no one, except your personal need to either:
A: Become a soprano
B: Satisfy your masochistic needs
C: Just act like an a$$hole on a much loved and needed site like Yahoo answers.

Testicles can not be transplanted and once removed are of no use to anyone except a research insitute and no reputable researcher would endanger your life with an un-necessary operation.
Selling human organs is illegal in most of the world's countries, and where it is quasi-legal you would not want to go.
Keep your balls and find another way of raising money.
