does the adult teeth push out the baby teeth or do they just follow them as they loosen and fall out.

They just follow them as they loosen out typically. Although I do know of some people who had their adult teeth push their baby teeth and then the baby tooth had to be removed because they were both in the mouth kinda overlapping each other. I also know some adults who still have some baby teeth!

Babies usually begin getting their baby teeth when they are around 6 months old. Most children have all their teeth by the time they are 3-4 years old. Then, around the age of 6 the baby teeth begin to loosen and fall out, to be followed by the adult teeth. The loosening of the baby teeth is because the adult teeth are beginning to come in, and that pushes them out.

Yes, the adult teeth are already present, and push the baby teeth out as they grow in.

After a child looses there baby teeth there permanates will automatically begin coming in shortly after...But be careful with baby teeth the way those are treated determines the appearance of your pearmanet teeth. I know this because I am a registered Dental Assistant!

There is a fluid sack around the permanant teeth and that fluid makes the primary teeths roots resorb it's kinda like making them deslove. And so all that is left is the crown of the tooth which makes it easier for the permanant tooth to push up and loosen the primary tooth

most of the time it just fallows as they loose them in some cases there adult teeth help push them out
