The doctor asks to be excused and leaves the examining room.
after a few minutes the doctor returns with an eight foot wooden pole with a metal hook on the end of it.
The patient starts too sweat and shake and nervously asks the doctor what he intends to do with that?
The doctor replies calmly
"I'm going to open up some windows in here"

Thats ok ave a go at this one;
A guy goes to the doc's for stress, the doc gives him this advice for when he feels stressed, "I go home to my wife have a few glasses of wine, then I make love with my wife before having a nice warm spa".
The guy say's ok I will give your advice a go & off he goes.
Two weeks later he goes back to the doc's, he say's to the doc "I am over the moon, every time I felt stressed I took your advice & it really worked",
ahh say's the doc I am pleased that without medication you are in much better spirits.
The guy say's thanks & as he is leaving he turns to the doc & say's,
"by the way your house is really nice but I dont like your choice of wine!!!!"

I thought it was a little funny but it seems like theres more to it.
I guess I would sweat as well

Pretty funny! But the guy still has gas. If the doctor opens the window, won't it cause an explosion?
