its all i have lef to eat but some of it has frost bite, can i still eat it??

I am assuming you mean freezer burn??? Yes, it won't hurt you but the flavor will not be the same. I would recommend marinating it to hide the freezer burn taste.

Yes, you can cook it up and eat it... but it will probably be tough as an old boot, and have a funky flavor... but yeah, its edible.
