Not to get ahead of anything, I am just asking questions.
What is the probability a 15 year old with no family history of ANY cancer could have lymphoma?
I've had a small, puny ear lump that shrinks/grows when I'm stressed.
That's about it, and I'm wondering if it's possible.

I'm perfectly healthy but have had heart problems due to stress.
Is this all stress induced?
Maybe I ought to get some kind of help.

I wouldn't worry about having lymphoma. I don't know what the ear lump is, but with lymphoma you would also have a significant weight loss, night sweats and abdominal pain...among others.

You mentioned that there was no history of cancer in your family...heredity is also another risk factor for lymphoma.
