My boyfriend says masturbation is the best way to deal with it. It's like your body needs to release sperm regularly, and if you don't masturbate and let it out, it finds its way out in your sleep. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, and now you know how to prevent it from happening again : )

am older than that, but been there done that. Honestly, the best way to prevent them is masturbation. I know that at your age, it's funny and boys make fun of each other for it, but it's because they all do it.
