I have a Philips FLATV and the remote does not work anymore I changed the batteries but it does not work.?

Buy a universal remote. Walgreen's. Best Buy, almost any store sells them.

Go to radio shack and purchase a universal remote for 10 bucks. It takes 2 mins to set it up and you can add your vcr to it as well.

sound like the remote has went out on you you need to get a new remote
