try to go to sleep early, then set your alarm clock to a reasonable time alowin 8-9 hours of sleep. position the clok away from the bed to disencourage hittin the snooze button

It's called an alarm clock. Put it across the room and set it loud. Then you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

sleep on a human sized sling shot, looped through a sheet, connected to your alarm clock. guaranteed

sleep more and exercise more. more exercise will make you sleep deeper in the middle of the night and it will be easier to get up in the morning
