that all depends on what you mean by your heater does not work. does the fan not come on or does it not just get hot? if it is the fan, it is probably some electrical problem that not many people can fix. in that case it should be brought to a respected garage. if it is just not getting got, it could be as easy as being out of antifreeze, or it could be a heater core issue.

1. Coolant level
2. Fuses for blower motor
3. Thermostat
4. Waterpump

We need more specifics...does the blower motor run? Is it only cold air?
