I wouldn't trust it if you have another option. The pharmaceutical is not made with the same safeguards present in the U.S. or Canada (despite the FDA giving a warning a while back about Canadian-made drugs, they're going to be as safe as the U.S. version in my view). The reason you want to be hesitant to trust something where safeguards aren't in place include 1) lack of purity - in other words getting something in the medication other than the drug you want; 2) less stringent protections against tampering; 3) less stringent protections against consumer fraud and passing off.

BC, by the way is not British Columbia, Canada, you are referring to Baja California, a Mexican state. Mexican drugs may or may not be okay, but will not be certified the same as American or Canadian drugs.
