The same thing would happen with my boyfriend and I, we told each other how much we loved each other everyday but it irritated me because I didn't have the guts to ask him out and he did nothing, by now we can make out for hours on end, just work it out gradually, try just going out, lets say *hanging out*, movies, restaurants, all that bull. If you were at his house, or he was yours, try taking a walk around the neighborhood with him its nice, and even if you live in a not so nice area its still relaxing, then try getting him to sit down to watch TV, cuddle up with him, my boyfriend actually just started with pecks on the cheek, after many visits with him over my house he would play around by blowing a bubble with his gum and pop it on my lips, it sounds stupid but it was kinda cute. If you guys really like each other then it will happen, just wait, you'll know when he wants to kiss you.... My boyfriend and I are now addicted to it cause he's a fabulous kisser and says I am too. If your into it then after pecking him on the lips then try introducing your tongue, if he likes it then he'll return the gesture, if not just go with the lips alone. I really hope this helped.

hunny just ask him out. If he likes you then you have nothing to worry about. this isn't medevil times when only the guy asks the girl. ur in the future now....ask him. go for a movie or dinner or whatever you both may have an interest in. (bowling) just see what happens from there. what ever may happen you will then know what you need to do

talk to him when in a private setting and ask what knind of relation ship he envisions you two having. no matter what he answers follow up your previous question with some sort of action, something simple like holding his has or kissing his cheek, something to tell him what your trying to say without saying it, i went through that whole, clueless stage in highschool.
