Does the wrinkly belly ever go away after you have a baby. i had twins so im super stretched. what are some ways i can get rid of it they are 4 months now. it has gone down a little but i would like it a little smaller.

well my twins are 7 and my dr. told me after they were born(c-section) that I may as give it up on trying to get my belly flat again. It's gone down some but since it stretched so much their really isn't much you can honestly do. It's the down fall of being a mother of multiples. lol....g/l

Avon has a cream that might help, it's called Shape Up. It helps to tighten and tone the skin. I used all through my last 2 pregnancies and after and it's not as bad as it was the first time.

get a ab roller or a ab lounge i am a mother of 5. I am not sure if this helps or not but its what i have been told and i have been doing it every night for 2 weeks i have a sore belly but am getting muscles under the fat... My hubby even mentioned it to me one night.... Good luck..

Relacore is supposed to reduce belly fat but I've never tried it (not having any need to)

I've heard running will get rid of flab, and things like curl-ups will build muscle.

i want to know the same thing, my baby is 22 months old and i have the same problems i did the situp thing and excersize thing and it just wont go away

if you have spare time try sit ups or walking and if you have time try and join a gym it will help you lose weight and feel much better!!!! that is if you have time with twins i doubt it good luck!!!
