What do you mean? Like... suddenly everyone genuinely doesn't believe and aren't aware that they ever did or they just "set beliefs aside" knowing that they'll get them back?

What's with the thumbs down? This is a legitimate question... I need to know this before I can answer.

Fine... I'll just answer according to BOTH scenarios. Ok... so... everyone "gives it up" and then go through a day completely unaware that they ever believed. Life would generally go about it's business but with FAR less conflict due to religion.

So in this other situation, everyone "gives it up" but recalls what belief is and knows that they'll believe again after the day is over. I predict that a lot of people would "get away with" things that they wouldn't otherwise do because that day would be their "free pass".

Everyone would keep living.

It'd just be another day. People are used to patterns. You don't have to believe in something to do it.

We can't just give up our beliefs. They are a part of us and you can't make someone stop believing what they deem to be true.

Nothing much. The world wouldn't be much different in my opinion because everyone follows the same basic religion called human nature

Than this would be a sad world. Where inmorality, no conscience, no morals no values would mean endless killings of people.
I think that would be terrible. A society would be lost if that ever happened! Hope it never will.
