you can candy-coat it yourself melt a normal sugar candy on the stove (make sure not to over-heat or it carmelises) let it cool a little (so it isn't too hot but is still liquid) then pour a little coating over the pill, repeat if you have to so it's thick enough but not too thick or its hard to swallow.

From a Doctor. They are used for pain relief. If you are in sever pain a Doctor can perscribe them for you.
