I remember that it had some sort of cookie base, choc pudding, nuts and cream, but I can't remember how to make it.
I would love to make it for my Aussie friends.

Better Than Robert Redford Dessert - Better Than Sex Cake

Ingredients:
***Crust***
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, softened
***1st layer***
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
***2nd layer***
1 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 sm pkg instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk
***Topping***
1 cup Cool Whip
2 Hershey bars, grated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix crust ingredients, spread on bottom of an 8x12 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Mix the ingredients for the 1st layer, and spoon on top of crust. Mix the ingredients for the 2nd layer, and spoon on top of 1st layer. Top with a thin layer of Cool Whip, and garnish with grated Hershey bar. Refrigerate and cut into squares.

BETTER THAN SEX CAKE
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box French vanilla pudding (can be instant)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water (some recipes call for milk instead)
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
1 (6 oz.) bag sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 bar (or 1/2 box) German chocolate, grated
1 c. coconut, toasted
Add each ingredient in the order above, blend thoroughly between each. Pour into a greased, floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
ICING FOR B-T-S CAKE
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts and coconut
Cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, nuts and coconut.

I've never had it with a cookie base, but here's what I have had.
Break 1 chocolate cake into bits. Mix with 1 tub cool whip. Swirl chocolate pudding through, sprinkle with skor bits. Drizzle chocolate syrup over when serving. Each recipe seems to be different though so you'll have a nice variety to pick from. I hope they enjoy it!!

13x9 pan
1 box yellow-butter cake mix
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
and 3/4 cup sugar-heated
pour over hot cake with holes pricked in it-then cool
2 pkgs vanilla pudding + 3 cups milkpour over cooked cake
2cups whipped cream + 1/4 cup powdered sugar + 2 tsp vanilla
put on top of pudding
3/4 cup coconut on top
refridgerate 24 hrs ahead of serving
