with a sterile need poke the blister and let the liquid run out, do not remove the skin, it will kind of act as a natural band aid.

and band aid brand has a blister blocker that help protect and healhttp://www.bandaid.com/footcare.shtml. other products do to, but I prefer this one and it works well and stays on even in the shower. I'm a runner

Women always have problems with blisters and foot sores because they buy shoes based on looks, not comfort. Men buy shoes that fit, and therefore rarely have these problems. I have never had a blister on my foot in my entire life. When you shop for shoes, walk around in the shoes for awhile and make sure there is no rubbing in strange places, and make sure the shoes are not too snug. You would rather them be a little loose than too tight. If they are too lose and they rub, you can wear thicker socks. If they are too tight to begin with, you are out of luck. You can't "break shoes in." Most materials, especially leather, actually SHRINK the more you wear them. Buy shoes that fit and are comfortable, and you footsies will be as comfortable as mine.

As to how to break the shoes in ... wear two pair of socks. Then the rubbing will happen between the socks and not between the sock and the foot. And don't tell me that you don't wear socks with new shoes because that is just crazy.
Blisters are a whole other ball game. I'm sorry that you will have to suffer with them.

You cant really get rid of them fast. Theyll heal as fast as they heal. Id suggest putting vitamin E on them since it helps replenish skin and take antioxidants to help your immune system speed healing. Also there is a product called moles skin, that is basically like a fuzzy leather that sticks onto your skin to prevent rubbing. Its made for situations just like yours. Also you can bring your shoes to a shoe store and have them stretched. Then theyll fit

Blisters must be pierced to drain or they will take a month or more to disapate. Cover them, yet wash and dry them about 3 times per day.

youre not supposed to pop them...but i personally get a needle, sterilize it with heat and then insert it to make a really tiny hole and get all the liquid it...and air it as much as possible like have shoes off to make it dry out.
