Have any of you all noticed that the last few pounds is the hardest to lose i have tried everything from eating right and exercising and it seems like the extra skin above my incision site just won't go away. Has any of you had this problem as well and if so how did you get it to go away???

Thanks for all of your answers in advance

I have that skin but I think it was a result of my pregnancy, not the c section. Many other moms I know have that extra skin and they have delivered vaginally. I think maybe it might look like a flap of skin around the incision because of the scar tissue, but the skin would be there whether or not the incision was there. The extra skin really stinks, I know, but it's just one of those things that happens that no one tells you about or talk about!

I havent had a C-Section, I had vaginal both times. But I am below my starting weight and have this pouch that I cant get rid of either. It really bugs me. Someone told me to do sit ups, so I have been doing 100 three times a day and it isnt helping. I dont know what to do any more either. But if you figure it out, let me know. Take care!

might need a plastic surgeon to remove, since scar tissue has permanent damage your skin, that what we women do, sacrifice our bodies for having babies, and most men, does not really appricated the sacriices that women made, having borned thier children!
