I have been taking it for27 years with no side effects although I do have to go for blood test often to regulate it and the coumiden I take because they interact with each other.

Some people have more hairloss with Synthroid and once they change to a med like Armour the hairloss stops.
I'm not sure what symptom you were looking for. That's the only strong one that comes to mind. A good thyroid link is below. Just remember if you aren't feeling well on Synthroid, it could be because your TSH isn't low enough (should be below 2.0) or you need a different thyroid med
