I have coined the word Ziekerz. I was wondering if it's an actual word or could even be loosely translated to anything.

It is not a German word, but could well be a German name.
Could be an old description for a person who produses candles in a way of pulling the candle through something to get a candle (not the more common way to dip it in hot wax to create it layer by layer).
Pull is "ziehen" in german, candle is Kerze. If you go back in time, when the Germans started using Family names the spelling was different, and the names came out of dialects, in my region (Hessen) Kerze would be Kerz and the h in "zieh" is silent anyway.
Therefore Ziekerz might very well be a last name and describe the kind of candle
