There is this annoying kid who sits across from me in my economics class. He's always doing things that annoy me like"accidentally"bumping his leg into mine. On another occasion he asked me if I was coming to his band concert so I took a stand and said, " Chris, you don't make a difference in my life, why should I come to your concert." to which he just smirked and replied, "I make a difference in every way." Recently, the professor asked him to pick a number between 1 and 26 so he picked 15 so the professor counted 15 desks around the room and stopped at my desk and this guy said, " I like that number." and totally embarrassed me! I've tried telling him that I'm not interested but he's not getting the picture and is really annoying me. I can't get my boyfriend to step in because he thinks this situation is hilarious. How can I tell this guy that he can go in a corner and choke on his own vomit for all I care?

OH MY GOD. Smack him. Violence works wonders.
Well, make sure you're not on school property first.
Either that, or COMPLETELY and utterly ignore him. He keeps teasing you because he thinks you're cute when you're angry, or something. Plus, you getting angry lets him know he succeeded at getting your attention. So don't give him your attention!

Well...i guess this guy doesn't get it at all. You already told him to back off. Your boyfriend doesn't do anything about. So, if this guy is not listening to you and not respecting your feelings and your space. Then you have to tell someone that cares and that would do something about it. Your boyfriend might think that the situation is hilarious, but you never know how crazy this guy is about you. We all seen cases where some guy kidnaps, rapes or even kills a girl because she doesn't like him. So, you should take this seriously and tell someone with authority. End this now, before it gets worst. One more thing...your boyfriend is a jerk for not stepping up for you.

Take a picture of your boyfriend looking intimidating. Tape or glue it to your notebook in plain view of your pursuer. When he asks about the picture, which I'm sure he will, just tell him "this is the guy that's gonna kick tha crap out of you if you don't leave me alone." Your guy doesn't have do anything, because you were smart enough to handle it without him.

It sounds like you need to stop being a *****. If he likes you then he likes you, there is nothing you can do about that. If he knows that you have a boyfriend then whats that problem? There are better ways to handle this.

Tell him that you already have a boyfriend, and you are not interested in him. When you tell him, don't smile, don't giggle, don't act flirtatious in any way, make sure he knows you're dead serious!
