It's been awhile since I had anatomy, but I think it's the ulnar styloid process and it's supposed to be there.

These hard little bumps are called" Ganglion Cysts" and very common. Its usually not a big deal, unless they are pressing on a nerve, and causing problems. If you're worried, see your family MD. Take care. SW RNP

I agree with the person who said that it was a ganglion cyst since I have them to. If you go to a Doctor about it they will probably drain it ....A little word of warning they come back(they are sacks of fluid at the joint)

they are cysts. I had one. My doctor suggested removing it, which I did.

The cyst was removed but scar tissue replaced it. End result.....I still have a bump.

Unless it gets painful often, I'd just learn to live with it. It's not uncommon and not dangerous.

Sounds like a ganglion cyst.. I have one on my wrist.. It sometimes itches.. They often go away and then come back and as they come back they itch.. I also have a large one on my hip..

They are nothing to worry about....
