Sure. Start with virgin soil. Not one loaded with chemicals. Use organic seeds. Water the soil from a well not 'city' water. It contains too many chemicals. Use natural fertilizers.

Organic gardening is hard work. But, in the long run it is well worth it. Not putting additional chemicals in our body is the best thing a person could do.

Depends on your definiton of 'healthy'. In general, buy organic when you can, and try to get a balance of vitamins and minerals.
