In is IN. If you're regretting it you should have considered your actions before hand.

It's completely up to YOU! You are the one who knows that. And it's no one else's business. Some are very strict with the "in is in" scenario but really if you don't feel that you "did it" then you didn't. Some say it's got to do with your hymen being intact or not (which might require a full penetration) -- but then again some women's hymens break on their own with no help from any foreign objects. This can be especially true of athletes. But some other people say that you're a virgin if you haven't had an orgasm. So you see why I say that it's up to you.
Some people that have been emocionally traumatized use a kind of therapy that resets your mind to start over even after many years of sexual activity. They can have a "first time" again after all that. So you can too. Just be honest with yourself. You have the answer. No matter what anyone else says.

Elena dearest
you are being silly and childish. Who cares if it is or it isn't? If you've come this far odds are it will be tried again very soon. The real things you should concern yourself with is birth control and safe sex. If you are on this path and you are clearly new to the game make sure you know the rules before it goes any further.
The stigmas regarding to virginity and really passe (unless you live in a backqards, overly religious home). On the other hand, there are still many stigmas associated with teen pregnancy, STDs and AIDS. So forget virginity and get right back on that horse! Just do so safely. :)

Virginity isnt physhical so seeing as you can't actually tell by wether you've 'lost' anything or not lol, its generally defined by the act of inserting a penis into a vagina. . . and sounds to me like there was an insertion!! lol. But you could always just forget about it and pretend that little thing never happened, no harm, right?? p.s - all these people carrying on about 'popping the cherry' - thats so inacurate! Your hymen can be broken through vigorous activity, playing sport and tampon use!! So thats nothing to go by.

I think that in a situation like that it is more of an opinion than a technicality...If you still feel like a virgin, then I would say its safe to say you are. To get extremely technical though, some probably would consider that losing your virginity.

Oh honey..I'm afraid to ask how old you are. Please don't put yourself in a situation like this again until your sure it is the right time and with the right person. Then when you do decide it's right, you won't have this kind of question and no regrets. Stand strong. It is YOUR body. Treat it well. Good luck : )

I think this could be a borderline case, and it's probably close enough to consider yourself a virgin.
However, resolve to remain a virgin from now on until you're married.

some hymens are quite elastic, and may not be completely damaged even your guy "stick it in and stick it out but not all the way in only like half way." but normally they break upon contact.
i know female gymnasts and equestrians are naturally devirginized because of the stress in thier activities. their hymens are stretched even when they're still young...
what the heck, as long as you enjoyed it both, who cares?

I think that virginity is a personal view. It depends what you think. If you still consider yourself a virgin then fine. But it sounds to me like you are worried. This is a personal question and I dont think anyone can help you with it but you.

In is in. Any bit in, and technically you are not a virgin. Sorry.

there are a lot of ideas about what constitutes virginity. My opinion is that virginity is lost with vaginal penetration. if he did not enter you then u are still a virgin
