(kakkoi desu nee!) (You are) cool!

Pronounced: Kah-koh-ee deh-soo nay

"Kakkoi" is a popular way to say that something or someone is "cool".

If you want a complete literal translation:
あなたはかっこいですねえ。 (anata wa kakkoi desu nee!)

That is "You are cool!"

ah nah tah ka kk ko ee deh soo neh. "you're good looking".

ah nah tah soo go ee deh soo neh. "you're amazing/awesome."

there's no real translation for "cool", 'cause we don't really say stuff like that to each other in japanese. also, "ah nah tah" is a really formal way of saying "you", and it wouldn't really sound right, but no other form of "you" fits for a translation of "you're cool". however, if you're talking to a homie or something, you might say:

おまえすげえな。oh mah eh soo geh nah. "you're amazing".

this is pretty modern slang, though, and NEVER say it to someone who's older than you or someone you respect.
