how can i make my hair a lighter brown?

well my hair was blonde but my natural was brunette and i had to die over it a darker brown and it came out really dark like blackish.. any ideas on how i can get it a little lighter at my house without going to a hair saloon?

If a while has passed, and it has not lightened to a lighter version of the blackish brown you have, you would have to bleash it, which I don't recommend. You risk overdrying your hair and it breaking off. If it has started to lighten, give yourself a week and wash it everyday with a mild shampoo and then condition so that it will lighten a little more. After the week is over, get a hair dye that is slightly lighter than the color you want to end up with. Use clairol hydrience, ultress, or another clairol permanet dye product. Follow the directions on the box and that should do it. Pamper your hair with deep conditioning twice a week of the next two weeks and you should be fine. Good luck.

I've used Loreal Feria earlier than and it labored satisfactory. The simplest concern I had used to be that the colour did not keep on so long as those from the official salons do. After a couple of weeks my colour might fade and I'd need to purchase one more bottle.
