The very premise of your question is biased. What terrorists are you referring to? If you are referring to true terrorists - those who commit acts conforming to the definition of terrorism ("The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons." American Heritage Dictionary), then Muslims condemn such actions no matter who commits them.
That includes misguided Muslims as well as the governments of the US, UK, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, etc., that commit by far the most terrorism in the world.
Your use of the word infidel is interesting as well. There is no such word in Arabic or in the Qur'an. There are two categories of people who do not believe in Islam: idol-worshippers and People of the Book (Christians and Jews, who follow earlier revelations from God). NEITHER of them are people Muslims are allowed to kill unlawfully. The only reasons Muslims are allowed to kill ANYONE is in exacting justice (the death penalty after due process has been fulfilled and a person found guilty and sentenced) and in the case of a people who pick up arms against Muslims.
To fight against a group of people who have picked up arms against your people is not in any way, by any definition, terrorism.
Israeli soldiers who are attacked at illegal checkpoints in illegally occupied Palestine are legitimate military targets. Israeli soldiers who are kidnapped while on patrol are legitimate military targets. These acts are not condemned by Islam.
Israeli civilians on busses is a less clear case. If it is armed settlers (they are all armed, the IDF provides them with weapons) who are living illegally on Palestinian land and preventing Palestinians from farming, etc., by use of violence, these are legitimate targets. Their children are not legitimate targets. If they are unarmed people inside Israel proper, they are not legitimate targets. If a Muslim were to attack those people, he or she would be sinfully following the innocent-civilian-killing model of the Israelis themselves and not the model of Islam, which forbids harming innocents, women, the elderly, clergy, those who have taken refuge in a place of worship, and children.
So in short, if it is truly terrorism, no real, educated Muslim would condone it, no matter who the victim was. If it was actually Muslims fighting oppressors who perpetrate injustices against themselves or others who are innocent, then it is indeed laudable but it is not terrorism.

Some do, but not all. They are as separated by religious beliefs as the Christians are. They all read the same holy book but interpret it as differently as can be imagined. Have a great week.

Many do. Watch videos and read sources from the mideast not the sanitized news from the west to see the truth.

No, we don't. Muslim Voices Against Extremism and Terrorism:
http://www.muhajabah.com/otherscondemn.php
Radical Islamism is a problem more troubling to us Muslims than it is to non-Muslims, as those few have transgressed the boundaries set by God, and they have tainted the image of Islam. Allah (God) says in the holy Quran:
"O ye who believe! Stand out firmly For Allah, as witnesses To fair dealing, and let not The hatred of others To you make you swerve To wrong and depart from Justice. Be just: that is Next to Piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted With all that ye do." (The Holy Quran 5:8)
"Allah commands justice, the doing Of good, and liberality to kith And kin, and He forbids All shameful deeds, and injustice And rebellion: He instructs you, That ye may receive admonition." (The Holy Quran, 16:90)
"...Help ye one another In righteousness and piety, But help ye not one another In sin and rancour: Fear Allah: for Allah Is strict in punishment." (The Holy Quran, 5:2)
"Allah forbids you not, With regard to those who Fight you not for (your) Faith Nor drive you out Of your homes, From dealing kindly and justly With them: For Allah loveth Those who are just. (The Holy Quran, 60:8)
Indeed, Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall was right when he said that "it was only when the Muslims fell away from their religious law that they declined in tolerance" (Tolerance in Islam by Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall)

Since the koran (qur'an, etc) is full of encouragement in that direction, I'd hazard a guess that they do indeed praise such acts.
